We are committed to the delivery of defect-free products and services. It is the objective of our company to provide our customers with the best services available. Our Quality Program goal is to prevent defects at the source and drive quality errors to zero. We remain focused on maintaining a critical skill base through continuity of workforce and emphasizing quality and productivity in workmanship.

ISO Compliance/Certification expected in near future.

To ensure quality and team member mission focus, our senior management team has developed and implemented over the past 15 years a people-focused Quality Program. This program has mature supporting processes, and is used company wide. The program involves internal and external surveys. Our Quality Program directly involves each of our customers and customer surveys at the task and employee level. The survey measures the company in four areas necessary for quality and benchmarking:
