  • Ability to prioritize, track, and organize updated documents
  • Responsible for schedule and delivery
  • Proficient in Microsoft WORD and EXCEL
  • Associates degree or equivalent work experience a plus
  • Written communication and proofreading skills are essential
  • Ability to work independently and aggressively
  • Ability to work as a member of a team

Configuration/Data Management:

  • Word processing and other office automation applications
  • Database entry and support; experience a plus
  • Board support consisting of creating agendas and minutes
  • Proficient in Microsoft WORD, EXCEL, and ACCESS
  • Associates degree or equivalent work experience a plus
  • Written and oral communication skills are essential
  • Ability to work independently and aggressively
  • Ability to work as a member of a team

Technical Writer:

  • Documentation of processes and standards
  • Documentation development and posting
  • Facilitate document definition with engineers
  • Ability to work as a member of a team
  • Responsible for schedule and delivery

Administrative Support:

  • Scheduling, filing, and word processing, and other office automation applications
  • Knowledge of Microsoft WORD, EXCEL, and POWERPOINT is required
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow well-defined written procedures and instructions
  • Written and oral communication skills are essential
  • Associates degree or equivalent work experience a plus
  • Ability to work independently and aggressively
  • Ability to work as a member of a team

Courier Support:

  • Logging and delivery of computer printouts
  • Some lifting required periodically
  • Word processing and other office automation applications
  • Knowledge of Microsoft WORD and EXCEL is desired
  • Seeking full-time and part-time (on call) candidates
