International Space Station
Our
support of the Space Station Life Cycle Management has been at all stages of the
program life cycle. We supported previous design efforts of the station and
transitioned our support to the final design, International Space Station, in
1993. We have been involved in the development and support of Life Cycle
Management standards and processes in support of this program. As a
subcontractor, we were an integral part of the Life Cycle Management Analysis
and Integration Team. We provided technical expertise and database development
and support in the areas of Technical Compliance, Status Change Accounting,
Change Management, Data Management, Contract Issues, Funding, Performance
Management, and Configuration Management.

Our tasks included configuration identification of baseline documentation;
configuration control of changes to the technical and program baselines;
configuration status accounting to track and report change processing and
implementation; configuration verification, including support to design reviews,
configuration audits and readiness reviews; and, software Configuration
Management. We have accomplished our information collection and distribution
through our web-based tools technology approach.
